The arches, granite fireplace and original wood floors pulled Melissa into this home on Stokes! The project was not without its challenges - custom windows for the porch never did arrive, the first significant rainfall let her know the foundation needed more help and the original inspector didn't notice the rodent intrusion in the attic. Yuck! But overall, it came together. Melissa is especially proud of the kitchen and dining room. Because this was Melissa's first (and only) flip, she used a stager and couldn't have been happier with the results! The house was under contract in just two weeks! It was really hard to turn over the keys! But thankfully they went into good hands!
