This home on Olympian Way in SW Atlanta was the home of Ms. Gladys Everett for 40+ years. And Melissa was the fortunate person to acquire it! Her sister, Rebecca Grooms actually owned it, but when she passed in the 1980s her estate allowed Ms Gladys to live there until her passing, in 2014. Ms. Gladys' niece spent years cleaning things out, but left a few items for Melissa to rummage through, which she absolutely LOVED! It was a thrill to show Ms. Gladys' niece the renovations, especially since she lived there as a young girl!
